Winter Training

Winter training is underway at CURE, with rowing sessions at 8.30am on Sundays, Erg/Gym sessions at 5.30pm on Wednesdays, and additional on-water training available on Saturdays by arrangement.

Our winter squad is focused on building fitness, developing technique and preparing for the upcoming regatta season, with opportunities available for rowers of a range of ages and experience levels.

Whether you’re a school leaver looking to continue rowing, a current rower seeking additional training opportunities, new to the area, or someone considering a return to the sport after time away, we’d love to hear from you.
